The Biomedical equipment repair department, has state of the art testing equipment to diagnose and repair many of the infusion, enteral, and IV pumps in use today. By working closely with the manufacturers of this equipment we are able to bring you a comprehensive pump repair service and guarantee your satisfaction with our work.
Our overhaul service consists of disassembling the blender unit, replacing all filters and rubber “o” rings. We examine all of the components and replace any that may be defective. We then ultrasonically clean the main body and replace recall components. To finish the process, the blender unit is reassembled, bench tested, cleaned and packaged for shipment.
Suction units are dismantled and thoroughly disinfected. Individual parts are cleaned with a chemical solution and put through an ultrasonic cleaning process. All cleaned parts are then bench tested and calibrated, only those working to OEM specifications are reused. Defective parts are replaced and the unit is then reassembled to OEM specifications.
